Does anybody know?

In a Custom_Setup menu, when you select ending sub-features,
context menu has 3 tabs - feature/feature with sub-features/not available.

It still has "this feature and all it's subfeatures'll be intalled",
but it DOESN'T has any sub-features, it IS last sub-feature from root node.

Does anybody knows how to get rid of this?

That seems to be an MSI limitation, that it displays the subfeature option even when there are no subfeatures. (Please see, for example, this article from Stefan Krueger: http://www.installshield.com/news/newsletter/archives/0102_customsetup.asp.)
