Dialog Editor Broken

Keyboard shortcuts for cut and paste seem to be broken in the dialog editor. Right clicking on a component and selecting copy works and right clicking on a dialog and selecting paste works.

Looks like the installscript editor is similarly broken.

The edit popup menu has not "Convert to Lowercase/Uppercase".*This option was in IS2009

Please correct it as well!
