Customizing a skin file
Hi all I'm at a loss here. I'm trying to create a skin file based on an existing file that I've decompiled using the CreateSkinFile.exe -extract ... ...
Following that I replace the image files with others with the same naming convention and the run. CreateSkinFile.exe . I keep getting one of these two errors.
****Could not produce skin output file. Please, check your skin.ini file.****
OR
****skin.ini file indicates an image file that does not exist.****
Thanks for your help in advance.

Me too. I've previously created skins in an older kit, but the InstallShield 2012 skin kit just gives me the same error as you're getting. Same happens with the InstallShield 2010 skin kit (I have both installed). There is nothing wrong with the ini file as it's the same as the previous one I've used before.
Did you ever get it working?
