Custom dialog window

As I am trying to do a custom window using Install shield professional edition 2013, and could not able to do the basic idea is while doing installing I want to show a combobox where the data inside the combox should get from database .Can we do this through Installshield,if so please guide me. Attached the screen shot of what I required.Or is there any provision where we can show this window inside the setup of installer Shield Professional edition.

What kind of project is it? MSI or ISScript ?

Is it possible to call a WCF services to fill combobox values using Install Shield 2013?If there is any options available kindly help me how do this.
