Custom action not working from RemoveNow next button

i made a custom action and set execute sequence as . I want this custom action to execute when user click the remove button.
i use Do action - custom action name - condition is 1...
but custon action is not working.

What kind of project you are using?? Is it a immediate custom action?

I m using basic MSI project ... yes it is a immediate action ... i have tried making it deffered also....
but the same action is working after the install button...
its very urgent so reply soon

i m running an exe in a custom action.... yesterday i cm to know about one more thing that the custom action is not working wen i using the remove button present in Add/Remove programs. How i put a condition so custom action also works from this button
