Checking Operating System with InstallScript
Hello, I am brand new to using InstallShield 2008 Professional (activated it yesterday), but not to writing Windows Installers. I am working on an InstallScript/MSI Project and would like some help with determining the exact Operating System on the target computer. I have tried to following the suggestions in the on-line help for InstallScript, which were very excellent, but I am confused - mostly by the Microsoft documentation - regarding how to do this. I need to check if the target computer has Windows Vista Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise installed.
Any help would be great!
Thanks!
Tim
