Check for update failed
hi ,
i am trying to update my install shield 2012 spring edition , while clicking the tools->check for update , the software manager tells that download failed ,with the following error message stating " either you are not connected to the internet or the FLEXnet connect servers are currently unavailable."
please check this one and try to assist me asap
