Arabic and Hebrew in choose languge dialog

Hi!

We have a multi-language installation project.
During installation run, choose language dialog show up and each language selection word is displayed depend on OS language except Arabic and Hebrew.
In fact, they always presented as English characters 'Arabic' and 'Hebrew'.
However, I have tried setting OS language to Arabic and Hebrew and they displayed as their own characters correctly.
I am wondering if these languages can be displayed based on OS language just like the others.

BTW, We are using 2010 Premier edition and InstallScript project.
