Arabic Language problem

Project type is InstallScript MSI project, Installshield 2010 supports Arabic Language but Arabic language not displayed in Installation Localization, please Help how to active the language

The built-in Arabic language support is available only for Basic MSI projects at this time. For InstallScript MSI projects, you can add the unsupported language to your projects using the New Language Wizard that can be launched from the Tools menu. Please refer to the New Language Wizard help topic for more details.
