Adding New Managed Code - Installed with product failed in 2011!![Bug ??]
Managed Code Custoom Action -> installed with product
I had made a Managed Code Custoom Action with selecting the dll which was installed along with the product. When i tried to call the method the setup failed. This worked fine with IS2009. Is there any special setting in 2011 or is this a bug!!
CA was executed in Immediate mode and was called after install finalize.
The log doesnt give much information other than it returned a value 3 and failed...anyone had this problem!!

Hi,
I tried running the Managed Code sample dll provided with InstallShield in a custom action of type installed with product. It ran fine.
When are you running this custom action? Do you have two Sql Connections in your project?
Thanks!

i did some searching.....and found out that its an issue that is present along with IS2011..
