I had installed InstallShield on a computer in 2017. Recently, the hard drive of that computer became corrupted. I have installed InstallShield on a second computer, but I am unable to activate the installation. I appreciate I need to deactivate the licence on the damaged computer, but the methods in the knowledge base require access to the old computer, which is not feasible now. I tried to find some way of contacting Flexera for help with deactivating my licence pertainig to the old computer, so that I would not get activation error on the new comouter. There does not appear to be any way of contacting Flexera for this issue.
Any help in dectivating the existing installation would be appreciated.

Thanks. The 'get support/new case' route did not work. I was told I did not have 'sufficient priveleges'. The chat route has worked and I have been assured swift action.
