support.acresso.com incident pages unusable...
Since 2-3 days the incident support pages are very slow, mostly unusable.
I receive lots of timeouts errors and things like:
GetIssuesByIncident:: _Fill:: Issue::GetStatus::GenericBM::ExecuteSQL failed. ERROR [HYT00] [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
😞

I still use the old URL: http://esupportus.macrovision.com/incident/ListIncident.aspx
At least for now they look to be on the same server / machine / IP:
> nslookup
> esupportus.macrovision.com

The connection to the server is ok, but seems that the incident application has some problems.
