Post-Install Action List:
Install Complete Panel: in "Show restart needed messages"
Bug???: Can't modify "when set restart needed" equals "$YES_REQUIRED$"
or "$YES_RECOMMENDED$", value always returns to $NO$ when I save project.

If the only value the $restart_required$ accepts is $no$, I thought I could just preset the variable to $no$ and it would run since it matches. this doesn't work.

doing build before saving project, so that saving project doesn't reset value doesn't work.
