Windows Registry

Hi, an other question, how can i modify some parameters in the Windows Registry if i use "Set Windows Registry" the first time it work fine,
but at a update installation with changed parameters IA removes this entry completly...
(nothing is left from my programm in the Registry).
And at the next installation with an empty Registry it works fine again... and then same Problem... ... ...

how do u do "update" for the installation?
Is there any direct way in installAnyWhere to do it (without writing custom code) ?
