Uninstaller - Popup says "Win64 not supported"

QA has installed one of our kits on a MS Windows Server 2003 R2, Standard x64 Edition Service Pack 1.

When the go to run the uninstaller, a popup appears on the screen which says:

"Win64 not supported"

The author of the package you are installing did not include support for this platform.

I held the ctrl key down, when reproducing this issue myself, and there is an java.lang.IllegalStateException in the console window. It says

java.lang.IllegalStateException: BidiUtilFactory must be initalized before it can provide the BiDiUtil implementation.

Has anyone run into this ? Do I need to submit a tech support case.

I am using Install Anywhere 2010 Build 3890.

Thanks in advance,
Ted
