Please help to join my account so that I can active my installAnywhere & InstallShield

My Account ID is MOA-000107244 and I've got the InstallAnywhere Premier Edition 2015 - 1 license and InstallShield Multiplatform 5.03 - 1 license


Now I'm prompted to activate the product on https://flexerasoftware.subscribenet.com/control/inst/login?nextURL=%2Fcontrol%2Finst%2Findex


I selected join account, filled this form and submitted. But nothing happed.

Currently I'm taking a KT session and I must have IA+IS installed and activated ASAP! Please help me!
