Issue on Mac OS Ventura with built installers

I am running Install Anywhere 2022 R2 Build 6753 on Mac OS Ventura and when I build installers and run them the installed app file is not functional and no longer has my plist in it. Has anyone else encountered this. It has only started happening on the new build of Mac OS 13.4.1 from my experience.

Does it hang? what was the error message in the log?
