Errors after increasing the heap space

This document doesn't work for me.
Troubleshooting “Out of Memory” Error Upon InstallAnywhere Launch or Command Line Build (revenera.com)
Its still throwing the out of memory error.
Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError thrown from the UncaughtExceptionHandler in thread "Thread-20"
