S32DS Installer hanged when running by Automation InstallAnywhere

Hi guys. I have used Automation InstallAnywhere to install S32DS. But sometimes, a problem happens. You can see this in the picture. The S32DS Installer hung after clicking on the Next button in the panel "Choose Shortcut Folder". The buttons were disabled and the panel was not changed.

Could you please help me to resolve this problem?

Version of IA?

 

Does it happen only when you choose others or Desktop/start menu also?
