Installer progress stuck at 0 % while installing

Sometimes, when i try to install the product using install anywhere installer, the installer is stuck at 0% when it starts to copy the installer files. Is there a way to know what might be the reason for this weird behaviour.?

Hi Buddy,

Please check the file size of ".com.zerog.registery.xml" file under the directory where the product Un-Installer.exe resides, it should not be more than 10MB.

Hi Shiva,

Can u please explain me in details what this file is and what is its significance. For a working one i checked... and it is less that 10 mb.
