Installanywhere 2023 Modify installation not working

I created project in installanywhere 2023 R2 IDE for windows operating sytem, Installation went successfully and uninstallation is not working and throws an error "Security Error! The JVM C:\Program Files\***\install\..\jre\bin\java.exe used for this installer seems to have been installed in a unsecured location (non-admin user folder). Installer would now exit. Please reach out to your vendor for more details.

JRE 11.0.20 is bundled with Application and it installs on installation directory.

please help unable to perform any action after installation of product.

I investigated further, when we support maintenance mode installation modify setup is throwing error due to security settings.

In Installation path (ex C:\program files\sample\test) folder properties has "users" permission has  Write access it is not working.

Folder properties -> Security -> Users -> Write Permission is checked. Due to this particular error is displayed, it needs to taken care by installanywhere team in 2023 update patch.
