InstallAnywhere2017 Fails to launch on Windows server 2019

I have a machine with Windows server 2019 and jdk1.8.0_181 when I try to launch application of InstallAnywhere 2017 it fails to launch. Screenshot attached

 

Gives error as: Flexeraaw_$aaa: Windows dll failed to load

Any solutionn for this issue ?

InstallAnywhere 2017 does not support Windows Server 2019.
Support for Windows Server 2019 has been added in InstallAnywhere 2020.
Please upgrade to InstallAnywhere 2020.
