InstallAnywhere efficiency..
Hi,
I am using InstallAnywhere 2011 enterprise edition to create installation setups for Windows 64-bit platform. During the evaluation of IA I created projects of size 190 to 250kn and it was fine. But now as the size of my project is almost 4800kb the IA is working very slow.
Can anyone please tell me is there any such issue with IA. And how can I get rid of this problem.
I am using system with configuration 3GB RAM and dual core processor (1.8GHz)
Thanks

Hi,
My project is 4.2MB and I do not experience such slowness.
3GB RAM on a windows 64-bit might not be enough depending on what applications are running at the same time ...
Anyway one thing that consumes many space are the platform rules. So if in your project you use many of those platform rules, I would suggest removing the platforms from the "Do not perform on" cell.
Also the use of speed folders can reduce its size.
Hope it will help ...
