How does InstallAnywhere 2011 get updates?

I've been looking for updates for IA2011 enterprise.

By the way, when I open IA2011 at the same time it opens a window with the following title: "Software Manager", but it stays behind IA2011 and doesn't have anything inside.

I've configured proxy settings with ip address and checked that this pc gets access to internet via the same proxy server with internet browsers.

I have Windows XPsp3 with IA2011 enterprise.

What more I must to do in IA2011 settings?
How can I get IA2011 updates?

My PC had been blocked by some secutiry policies to get updates from Software Manager.
Once this have been solved, I was able to update to SP3.
