Command-line build option for output directory
I was using IA7.1.3 earlier. If I had to build installers for Linux 32bit and Linux 64bit platforms, I used to fire the build command twice because the default path where the installer was kept was common (../vsuite_sf_Build_Output/Web_Installers/InstData/Linux).
In IA2008, I can see that you can have your own output directory name under 'output' in install tab. So, for Linux 32bit platform I used the directory name as 'Linux_32' and for 64bit as 'Linux_64'. and fired the build only once.
and the two installers were ready at:
../vsuite_sf_Build_Output/Web_Installers/InstData/Linux_32/VM/install.bin
../vsuite_sf_Build_Output/Web_Installers/InstData/Linux_64/VM/install.bin
I just wanted to know how can we specify the output directory name in the command line option.?

I plan to use build.proeprties file now. and I was wondering where to specify the output directory.
Is this the correct place to define the output directory? I tried this but installer is getting created at the default location.

It seems that the IA is not taking values from build.properties file at all.
Any idea what is the problem?
This is my build.properties file:
