A new Flexera Community experience is coming on November 25th. Click here for more information.
Hello all,
New user here to Flexera and I am seeking some help with making my experience a little easier.
We are a smaller sized business who got into Flexera mainly to monitor EOL/Obsolete software.
I am having trouble finding where I can get this information easily.
As of now I am using the IT Visibility / Dashboard , Insight to Action / End of life dashboard.
This provides me with lifecycle information and install # which is great.
My only issue is I cannot find where Flexera shows me what devices the obsolete software is on?
Thank you.

There are multiple ways to get to the devices, e.g., you can use Data Explorer from these dashboards.
You may find it easier to use the Drilldown / Software Installations dashboard and use its filters at the top to select specific obsolete software installations in its "Devices that the selected Software is installed on":

Hello, thank you for the detailed picture. A question I would still have would be for the "Devices that the selected Software is installed on" Section. I have not chose a selected software so what is it even trying to show me? If I click on the software up top under Software Version Details I am brought to a new dashboard. Is there a way from here I can choose the specific software and see where the installed instances are?

The "Devices that the selected Software is installed on" will show all devices that any of the software in the list above (Software Version Details) is installed on, i.e., until filters are introduced it's the full list. Clicking on one of the entries will "auto-apply" this application as a filter into the same dashboard:
Scrolling a little down on the page gives you the option to click on the "Install #" record to get to the view showing which devices this specific application version is installed on:
I know, this is an awkward approach to get this filter applied and see the relevant data, i.e., it would be simpler to find that application in the Application filter as you would then see the result immediately...
Thanks,
