I am pleased to share; we have made significant improvements to Flexera One ITAM UI response times through a series of updates deployed throughout Q2 2023 and part of July Flexera one update. 

To focus this activity, we identified specific operations may take longer to complete than desired through system monitoring, and through valued feedback from customers and partners.

These set of improvements has improved 95% percentile on average, response times for these targeted operation with high business logic and automation have been decreased by 67%, with a maximum decrease of 83%.

Here is a list of key pages and operations that have had improvements made in addition to other area:

  1. Purchase order processing
  2. Software license update/create
  3. Search installed application and license model when creating a license manually
  4. Update application

Note: In addition to above significant improvements, these changes have made a significant improvement in other management operations.

What is next

Our aim is to ensure our customers/partners get best possible response time without losing the benefits of business logic and automation required to take care of the wide range of data driving the complex licensing scenarios that is the heart of what Flexera One ITAM is all about.

FlexNet Manager Suite users will also benefit from these improvements made in the Flexera One ITAM UIs once they upgrade to the upcoming FlexNet Manager Suite 2023 R2 release (Planned to be released in 2023 Q4).
