EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 65 Exit reason 42
Hello
in hyper-V VM we had a problem with some licences that become untrusted.
The log says:
20:53:23 (schneide) Trusted storage binding change detected! Vendor daemon is being shutdown.
20:53:23 (schneide) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 65 Exit reason 42
20:53:23 (schneide) IN: "IE7_Entry_Range_Device" SYSTEM@VMGENSERVICE02 (15 licenses) (SHUTDOWN)
20:53:23 (schneide) IN: "IE7_High_End_Device" SYSTEM@VMGENSERVICE02 (SHUTDOWN)
20:53:23 (schneide) IN: "IE7_Server" SYSTEM@VMGENSERVICE02 (SHUTDOWN)
20:53:23 (schneide) IN: "IE7_Web_Client" SYSTEM@VMGENSERVICE02 (2 licenses) (SHUTDOWN)
16:00:45 (schneide) SLOG: Summary LOG statistics is enabled.
16:00:45 (schneide) SLOG: FNPLS-INTERNAL-CKPT1
16:00:45 (schneide) SLOG: VM Status: 2
there is a way to understand what happened? what is the meaning of signal 65?
Do you know also if there is a log somewhere, where with the various machine ID/MAC ID or something that could explain the error? (I hypothesize that the customer did some changes on the vm, but he deny any change.)
Thanks in Advance
Regards,
Sabrina

In order to determine what binding change occurred, Flexera Support would have to review the encrypted TSF (trusted storage files). I'm assuming you are an end customer, so please contact the vendor, that supplied the product, and request that they open a support case, providing the files.

@zwauth Can you also raise a case with server logs Trusted storage files and even logs that will help us to investigate and give more information?
Best Regards,
