Understanding the FlexNet Operations Cloud Editions and Deployment Environments

FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM vs LLM
First, be aware that there are two editions of FlexNet Operations Cloud.
FlexNet Operations Cloud (ALM)
FlexNet Operations Cloud (ALM) is Revenera’s entitlement management solution with a broader range of software monetization capabilities and deployment models.

FlexNet Operations Cloud Deployment Environments
Below is a description of the deployment environments supported by Revenera. You will see references to these environments in the status dashboard notices.
The location of the deployment:
Data center: Revenera-hosted and managed data center
AWS: Amazon cloud environment in both Europe (EU) and North America (NAM)
The purpose of the deployment:
UAT: User acceptance test environment used by testing pre-released builds of FlexNet Operations Cloud
Prod: Production environment of FlexNet Operations Cloud
PCS: Production Copy Service environment contains a copy of the production environment and is used for testing purposes. NOTE: PCS is a separate paid environment.
Deployment environment support varies by FlexNet Operations Cloud variant.
