Producer tries to send the Email to the recipient. "Email has been sent" message is displayed, but end-user never receives it.
1. Verify if the Configuration setting “Log emails in history, do not send them” is not checked on the FNO system by going to the below path. System>Configure>Flexnet Platform Server If the above is enabled 2. Go to Email templates, make sure if template is not in "Draft" status. To be able to send the Email, Email template variation "Status" should be "Active" and "Send?" should be "true"
