“Bulk Entitlement" creation in FNO doesn’t generate web-reg keys even after waiting for many days of submitting the job.
Summary: Customer creates Bulk Entitlement and tries to add the Web registry keys to it. The Flexera FNO GUI reports the message “Request XXXXXX to load web register keys successfully submitted. An alert will be sent after the request is processed.” when a job was submitted to create web-reg keys against the bulk entitlement, it will be as shown in below screenshot.
Symptoms: Even after waiting for two days, the entitlements will not have any Web-keys (or Activation IDs) associated with them.
Resolution: The web-reg key job will not be processed unless the "Importing Bulk Entitlement Web Register Keys" job alert is active.
To activate the job alert Go to administer>>Configure Alerts/jobs>> Importing Bulk Entitlement Web Register Keys>>Configure and set the schedule as per your convenience. The jobs will run as per the schedule set here to generate the web-reg keys.
