System Configuration: Which of these can I disable in Startup?

I want to disable some of the things at start up but I don't know which ones I can.. without causing problems please help Here is a list and their manufacturer CommonSDK - Sonic Solutions dscactivate - Unknown

Sorry, it isn't quite clear what configurations you are trying to disable at startup. Could you please provide some more details or maybe an example?
