Missing entitlements issue
We are trying to create new entitlements for a customer of ours that already booked but we get the following error (we received the same error msg for all the 4 entitlements we are trying to create):
ID 4016658736 is already used as an entitlement ID, activation ID or a web register key. Cannot create another one. [Incident# 4399-952948602]
We searched for this entitlement number to see if it exists but we didn’t get any results.

What most likely happened is that there was a previous attempt to create an entitlement with ID 4016658736. If that ID was used and the entitlement was never populated, the ID remains in the system and cannot be reused.
