How to Get History of a License Activation

My Requirement is to get the full history of a License Activation i.e. List of the devices where the License Activation is activated and deactivated ?

What device it is currently activated on and when that was done. Also a list of devices it was activated and deactivated on and when(date).

What is the Webservices and service method used to find the history of License Activation.

It would be helpful to know if you are using FlexNet Operations On-Premise or Cloud and also which license technology (FlexNet Publisher or FlexNet Embedded).

I am using FlexNet Operations Cloud Webservices to implement our customized licensing applications development. 

FlexNet Operations Web services are accessed using a document-style SOAP mechanism from client applications that you write. PFA is the FlexNet Operations Cloud Webservices guide using for our apps development.
