Activate Problem

When two authorization numbers are activated in parallel, there will be deadlock in the database. How to solve this problem?

We used the test case and found that a deadlock occurred when simultaneous activations occurred

Write and run the BAT file, and open two CMD Windows at the same time. Each CMD window executes AppComptranutil.exe and the activation command, and the database deadlock will be generated.
