Cognos Test Connection fails if the Admin and reporting services are installed on Linux at default /opt/ location.

Note: This issue is occurring when the Admin and Reporting server are on Linux and the Cognos on Windows.

Resolution: 

The hot-fix attached is specific to FNMEA version 2019R2(15.10).

Steps for applying the hot-fix are in the readme file attached.
