Discovered Software dev prod differences

We are facing issues with discovery quality of O365 installed application. Dev shows correct number but Prod is not showing more than a half of installed.

Hi Sam,

Could you provide some details? Is the inventory identical and is the ARL the same on both environments? Mentioning O365, have you imported from the cloud? Are your User entries identical in both environments? Are email addresses the same (for mapping O365 data)?

Hi,

They are identical but I don't know what ARL is. Data is taken from SCCM, Lansweeper. Data is the same for both systems.

Hi,

ARL is the Application Recognition Library. Different versions if it could explain different results.

Do you have someone who is technically responsible for these environments?
