The SKU and Product Use Rights Libraries (PURL), used by FlexNet Manager Suite, have been updated. Flexera has enhanced Microsoft license position calculation rules in FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2.3 to include Microsoft BYOL changes. These updates will provide bring-your-own license management for :
1) Microsoft Windows Server Standard and Datacenter editions
2) Microsoft SQL Server Standard and Enterprise editions
under Azure Hybrid Benefit / License Mobility for IaaS installations hosted by cloud service providers.
To complement these FNMS product changes, Content libraries have been updated with relevant changes for Microsoft Server Core and Microsoft Server/Management Core license types and these changes have been released on 19th March 2021 for On-premises customers and on 22nd March 2021 for On-cloud customers.
