An exception occurred

We have not seen this specific error. Could you provide some additional details to help us track down the issue?
* Is this consistently reproducible? On the same machine or other machines? (What OS\IE scenarios is it reproducible on?)
* Have you seen this error in any scenario other than when you Refresh?
* How many updates are available for this product?
* If it is reproducible - can you reproduce it with other products?
* Which product\version\message is this related to?
Thank you for the additional information.
