Wrong address behind the compony logo and the "learn more..." link of a message
Hi all,
i have the folowing problem. The Window Update Manager Window, which appears in the right way with all Updates and Messages according to my request shows
1) a wrong link behind the logo in the left upper corner
http://64.92.236.17xyz/isvid22860/schneider_logo.gif
2) a wrong link behind the "learn more" link of the messages
http://64.92.236.17xyz/isvid22860/DayOfTheOpenDoorMessage.htm
In both cases, the slash between the last digit of the ip address and
the "xyz" is missing. If i check this address with a smal java program using
the Java SDK, i have the same problem.
What's the problem?
Regards, Thorsten

Hello Thorsten,
Thanks for the note, I asked our Support folks to check into it, and yes, we've found the issue and cause. If you try again, you should now see that the / is properly in place.

Kelly

Hi Thorsten,
Bad assumption on my part. No edits were made to your update/message, so most of the notification servers still had the old URL cached. I just manually purged the cache for you, so you should now see it on the other servers.
If you don't, please PM me your product code and version you're checking for so I can look at things further.
Regards,
Kelly
