Update service bust?

Our customers are complaining that no updates are being shown, our reports are showing no connections over the past couple of days, and the homepage gauge displays a customer usage of 0.

I don't like to whine but this is getting a bit tedious. Any idea when it will work?

1. Are you able to reproduce this problem in-house?
2. Do you know if it works for some customers and not others?
3. Are they simply getting messages saying that no updates were found, or they getting errors like "Product Not Registere" and/or "Version Not Registered"?

It's good to hear confirmation that your updates are being seen. As I mentioned in email, I will check with the others about your other concern.
