IUS Service Problems?
Our clients are having a number of problems today with IUS. Anything going on we need to know about?
Some clients are getting the Product Not Registered error and some cant even connect at all.
Its actually been going on for a few days now but I was hoping all of the changes/updates you guys were working on were causing these problems but its still happening and even more often in some cases.
Whats going on?

This is very strange. All the applications that I test against work without any problems. Regarding the "Product Not Registered" problem:
1. Are you able to reproduce this in-house?
2. Is it working for some customers and not for others?
3. Could you please send me the product code version number of your product so that I can reproduce the problem here? I have sent you a Personal Message with my email address.
