Update Service not finding update message.

I have created an Informational Message for a product that we have released. The preview message works as expected, but when our application looks for updates, it says that no updates are available. I also decided to run agent.exe on the machine where our application was installed, and I get the same results. (I run agent.exe /au{our product code} /AppMenu). Oddly enough, everything was working correctly on Friday but not today. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can you send me (via email) your product code and product version? I will have our QA group take a look.

To get the installed product version, please use the Update Service Test Utility. It will tell you what version the Update Service is using to check for updates. The Test Utility is installed with the SDK. It is a standalone EXE that can be copied and run from any machine.
