Universal Agent API- Error : Input length not multiple of 8 bytes

Hi,
Can any one help me... why I am getting error : Input length (with padding) not multiple of 8 bytes. when I try to collect IMessages calling GetMessage() method... though the Update Manager is giving me two Update Messages... but with the same product code why GetMessage() is returning Zero Imessages...

Deepak, Are you Stater edition customer. If so, starter account does not have programmatic access to Update Service.
