Following February 14th maintence unable to access Flexnet Connect administrator

Today I wanted to access the Flexnet Connect administrator using the following URL : http://services.installshield.com/doLogin.do but the page is not found. Has the URL changed ?

The service has been restored, however there are still some problems with clearing old DNS caches. If you cannot access:

http://services.installshield.com, please try:

http://64.92.236.16

This will be resolved shortly as corporate DNS servers update their information.
