On March 2nd 10:00 US Central Time, Nicolas Rousseau, Senior ITAM Product Manager will share the best practices built in 8 years of SAM projects:

  • Understanding how recognition works and what can cause unrecognized evidence
  • Identifying unrecognized evidences, identifying the "Top Priority" evidences (he will share two reports that can be implemented on premise that identify and prioritize the unrecognized evidences)
  • Extending efficiently the application recognition with the ARL.

The session will show step by step how to manage unrecognized evidences, following to the published  Short Practice Guide on Managing SAM Operations in FNMS / Flexera One ITAM approach.
