FlexNet Manager has a super detailed online documentation that gives all details from the context of your screen, has practice guides or very detailed documentations that you can find on the root of the documentation tree in the online help... or in: https://docs.flexera.com/.
You can also find online training that will be very useful and illustrated in the Learning Center.
However we are missing an "SAM Operations Guide", that would provide in 30 pages, with screenshot the high level view of an end to end SAM Project. An Operations Guide existed back in 2013 that had become huge (1858 pages).
The attached document humbly tries for fill this gaps and provides step by step the big picture of managing a SAM Project (Project phase and Operations phase).
Particularly, p6, an embedded document (also attached for convenience), deep dives for 27 pages in the Management of unrecognized evidences.
Enjoy the read!

@nrousseau1 This is great! Thank you for providing this. We have created internal documents similar to this but it provided some more gap-fills for processes we haven't included in our documentation.
Holy cow, Nicolas! Do you sleep?
Hi, I don't seem to be able to view/read the attached document, or is 'attached document' referring to the v10 documents below? These seem to lack the embedded document deepdiving in Unrecognized Evidence and are dating back to 2020. Am I missing something in my view? Thanks for feedback. I really would like to read the deepdive.
Hello @leospee0001 ,
Don't you see the two documents for download at the bottom of the article?
Reading again your message, is it that you con't open embedded documents?
You need to download the Word document, open with Word and you will see page 10 the embedded document... however, I also attached this embedded document (managing unrecognized evidences) to the article. Best is to download it and open it with Word... I just checked it it looks fine. Not for you?
Thanks,
Nicolas
