Dev Normalization job failed with error fallback is not execute as the rules is not resolved

Hi Folks, 

Dev normalization job failed with below error message 

"MessageStatus: {"StatusCode":500,"ReasonPhrase":"Internal Server Error"} MessageBody: {"message":"ConversionError: The undefined value has no properties."} [cause]: endpoint execute failed. and fallback is not success. fallback is not execute as the rules is not resolved." 

Can some one suggest resolution to fix this issue?  Thanks in advance.

@ashish_sdge  This issue is complaining about the endpoint, could you please check the Export Properties page in ServiceNow to see if the MID server is set up properly here.
