Introduction: In October 2022, we introduced the ability to view product defects (bugs) and their resolution status on the Case Portal. Since feature launch, we've gathered customer feedback and deployed the enhancements below.
Feature details: • New Security/Vulnerability Type filter that allows users to filter on any cases determined by Revenera to be a security or vulnerability defect. • Addition of Bug type cases to the All Cases tab. Previously Bug type cases only appeared under the Bugs tab. This change allows users to see all their cases in a single view.
