Revenera Community will undergo site maintenance on April 17th and will incur an outage up to 2 hours.
Community pages (including the Support Case Portal and Product and License Center) will be unavailable during the following time window:

PDT: Apr 17th, 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM
CDT: Apr 17th, 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
UTC: Apr 17th, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

For Severity 1 issues only: Customers may email support@revenera.com for assistance while the case portal is inaccessible. Cases determined not to be severity 1 will be responded to in the timeframe specified by your support plan.
